Autel MaxiEV ALT100L EV Battery Enclosure Integrity Tester

The MaxiEV ALT100L is an EV battery leakage and airtightness tester. The unit tests high voltage battery enclosures and high voltage thermodynamics systems for leaks. Offers real-time, dual pressure display of current pressure and leakage fluctuation with high-sensitive pressure sensing that significantly improves test accuracy and stability. The ALT100L offers customizable presets: Pack ID and volume, target pressure, testing phase time, alarm settings, and save and print reports. Offers onscreen test monitoring, and automatically saves test parameters for easy retest adjustments.

3. Intelligent alerts Tester will provide audible and visual alerts to ensure safety when the test is abnormal or failed.
4. Auto screenshot Screenshots of test data can be automatically saved and downloaded to USB disk.
5. Visualized process Display the progress time of each stage during the test.
6. Parameter settings Users can preset test parameters such as pack ID, pack volume, target pressure, time for each phase, leakage alarm, and more.
7. Parameter management The system auto remembers the last test parameters, enabling future test modification and improving efficiency.
8. Remote management The device supports online system upgrades and the optional cloud platform adds remote data transmission and management capability.
